At Memora Printed, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- **Custom Products**: Such as our personalized photo fridge magnets, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
HOW TO START A RETURN

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS
As Memora Printed offers custom products (photo fridge magnets with your images), please note the following:
- Refunds for custom products are generally only offered in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage.
- Please carefully check the quality and resolution of your images before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results due to low-resolution or poor-quality images.
- In case of issues with your custom product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos of the problem so we can properly assess.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of the product will be refunded, but not the original shipping charges.
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also reimburse the return shipping expenses.
